PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Mon-Friday  I am open 6PM-9PM

I am closed on the weekends / Holidays
Any messages received after business hours will be replied to the next business day. At peak times messages will receive a response within 48 hours.

BOOKING POLICY

All booking must be done through the website. I will not accept any booking requests via Direct Message. If you have any inquiries regarding a service, please fill out the CONTACT FORM.

​

If you need your design the same day you book, you must select the "Rush Order" option.

​

PRICING

All pricing through Designed by Dom LLC is subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon posting to the site. If there has been an agreed price of a service between (the designer) and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until the project is complete.

​

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment(s) made to Designed by Dom LLC will via Wix Payments , Zelle or Paypal. No other method is or will be accepted by this business. 

​

REFUND POLICY

All Payments are 100% Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of the services provided, Designed by Dom does NOT provide refunds. If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion.

By purchasing this item you [client] are agreeing to this policy.​

​

CANCELLATION OF A PROJECT

Once information has been submitted, the project will begin. After this point, if the you [client] would like to cancel the project, you reserve the right to do so but a refund will not be eligible if this decision is made.

​

FORMS OF COMMUNICATION

  • Once we send you your contract/proposal, you must sign it within 48-72 hours, if you do not we will cancel your order, refund you, and you will not be able to book with us again. 

  • For legal purposes Designed by Dom LLC will only communicate via email (unless discussed otherwise). By doing so both parties are able to keep a paper trail of all conversations had.

TURNAROUND TIMES

  • On average the turnaround time for our designs will be 1-10 days for Custom Services, and 7-28 business days/4 weeks for design packages and websites. Business days do not include all major holidays. 

​

  • The turnaround time for all Graphic Design Services, begins when full advance payment has been made, design form is completed and all content (i.e., images, pictures, bio, information, links, etc.) for the design project has been supplied by the CLIENT.

​

PLEASE NOTE: These are creative services. Please allow TIME for me to perfect your project.

​

​​REVISIONS + UPCHARGES

  • All designs receive 3 free revisions. After you have reached your limit of 3 free revision, you will have the option to pay a upcharge fee of $10 for (1) more revision(s).

​

  • There is an extra 2 business day turn around for revisions.

​

  • Designed by Dom LLC recommends that you have all your details for your project solidified before booking. This helps prevent from having to purchase additional revisions and it helps the creative process. Please note that designers cannot read your mind and that our creative minds are not the same. Please make sure vision is clear before booking. Even if you have a small idea of what you might want that will be fine.

DRAFTS

Draft images of any kind are for the purpose of approval only. You are prohibited to copy, manipulate, or distribute the draft designs to anyone for any reason. All drafts are the property of Designed by Dom LLC.

RIGHTS TO USE DESIGNS

Once this project is completed, you, “the Client”, grants permission to, Designed by Dom LLC, “the business”, to use for portfolio and/or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.

​

DISAPPEARANCE (GHOST) FEE

Although I do understand life happens, in most instances you can communicate with me. If you have placed an order and do not submit your information within 2 days you will receive 1 courtesy email. If you do not fill out the form 2 days of this email, your order will be closed. In the instance in the middle of your project, you disappear, you will receive 1 courtesy email. If you do not respond within 24 hours of this email, your order will be closed. All closed orders can be reopened within 3 days of closure for a fee of $20 which will need to be paid in full. If you attempt to reopen your order outside of the time frame stated above, you will need to pay full price for the services previously ordered.

 

DUPLICATING DESIGNS

Designed by Dom LLC will not copy any designs. Referencing is permitted but we will not duplicate anybody's work.

I, Dominique Muhammad, reserve the right to discontinue service if:

  • The customer is using profanity or being disrespectful.

  • The customer threatens an employee or the business owner, making that party feel like they are in danger.

  • The customer breaks the lawful rules of this business.

  • A charge has been disputed mid service.

  • The customer is being condescending or belittling.

  • Lack of communication.

  • If the design asked of them does not meet a level of professionalism. This includes but is not limited to poor quality pictures, profanity, lack of communication and more.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Clients are responsible for providing the correct information and photos at the beginning. Designed by Dom LLC will not be responsible for missing information on your behalf.

​

  • Designed by Dom LLC  is not responsible for any misspelling or misinformation that the customer provides. The information that you submit is the information that will be used.

​

  • Clients are responsible for proofreading all information submitted before the order is finalized.

​

  • An upcharge will incur if we have to go in and change any information that was not proofread.

​

  • Clients are responsible for grammatically correct information. If provided with grammatically incorrect information, you will be asked to correct it.

​

PROJECT TERMINATION

Use of disrespectful or insulting words during conversation will not be tolerated and result in termination. â€‹

In unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, death, illness etc, your project will be terminated or delayed (depending on circumstance) you will get a refund if this were to happen on my part. 

 

FAILURE TO ABIDE CAN RESULT IN LEGAL ACTIONS

Failure to abide by said policy set by Designed by Dom LLC will result in disciplinary actions such as no longer being able to book our services or legal actions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE

You (the client), agree that you have read, agreed, and fully comprehend the material presented to you. You also agree that you agree to ALL terms and conditions once you check out, which gives consent that you have read, agreed, and fully comprehend this information.
